Believe it or not, I've played this game at a party. The party consisted of more than just hard core football fans. There were girlfriends, wives and a couple of teenagers along for the ride. The actions and quarter betting kept everyone in the game and on the edge of their seat.
The usually less-interested fans were asking questions and the whole game became a lot more fun to watch with everyone interested in what was going on during the game and not just the overhyped ads and the hour-long halftime show.
The best were when people would win and not know it. It happened a couple of times and then we had a great reason for giving them a hard time. Maybe you could add a punishment for missing your action. That is of course if you decide not to forfeit your winnings.
