Land of Punt has taste. We never allow anything inside our border that isn’t a qualified quintessential or the most splendid of splendors.
However, Land of Punt has a seedy part, an annex if you will. It’s a place where it houses some of its more unflattering favorites and its most licentious likes.
One of those items residing in the L.O.P. Annex is the Fast and the Furious film franchise.
On paper, the Fast and the Furious is quite ridiculous. Land of Punt freely admits that the films are not very good and beyond serving the carnal, they have no redeeming qualities.
However, the films possess a certain charm that Land of Punt finds irresistible. Since they are such bad movies, they lack intimidation or pretense. Therefore, L.O.P. is free to sit back and wallow in their diabolically good awfulness and enjoy gratuitous heapings of cars, bad acting and Vin Diesel trying to emote.
Certainly you have such a predilection. Something written, filmed or televised that’s simultaneously insults the intellect while tickling the soul? Land of Punt has several and the Fast and Furious is one… Paul Walker is another. He’s kinda of dreamy.
Tomorrow the fourth movie in the franchise debuts and Land of Punt can’t wait to partake in its campy goodness. Until then, we will settle for looking back at the series via each film’s trailer.

Fast and Furious Review
‘I admire the craft involved, but the movie leaves me profoundly indifferent. After three earlier movies in the series, which have been transmuted into video games, why do we need a fourth one? Oh. I just answered my own question’ —Roger Ebert

Very cool, I like the compilation of past and present Fast and Furious movies!
